Right. My character is Dumb Muscle. By name and by matter. He carries two clubs, and speaks English, Gorleston Street Slang, Geordie Street Slang, and Paris Street Slang. But he's not very good at English. He ~~often~~ almost always does things without thinking about them.Previously, he went around making a living beating up people for various gangs. However, he suddenly found himself drafted into the military after a short trip to Gorleston. he soon proved excellent at the melee tasks, but when given guns he just crushed them. So now he just does what he's told, with the army.

When someone makes a post before you and you're rolling some dice, why are the rolls lost on arrival at the Save/Modify screen?

They are lost on modify,but not on save.At least thats how it is for me.

Youve fumbled your hit points.You should have 4d10,not 3d10+2d12.So roll just 4d10 this time.However,if you roll below 29,Ill give you 29.

Also,great,Ill pump you with steroids and give you some heavy kevlar.So no need for money managment this time.You get damage reduction of 1.You also have steel spiked knuckles,so you have another +2 on your damage.You carry a satchel with 5 steroid syringes.Once you shoot yourself,you get +2 to hit,and can go below 0 hit points(to -10)for 10 rounds.However,you cannot control your temper and will smash anything you see,friend or foe.Also you cannot use your luck during this period.After 10 rounds,you will faint,unless you roll your luck,in which case youll just be dazed(-2 to hit,-2 damage,-2 brains).If you are below 0 hit points in the down period,you will die,unless you roll luck,in which case you will just faint.The down period lasts for 1d4 hours.

Where was that military base, anyhow? Wasn't it affected by the radiation, as the EMP (oh, what not-irony) and the ionizing radiation should blow its power and give everyone cancer?

Yes,it was affected by the radiation.However,due to almost unlimited resources,everyone got antiradiation treatment and was promptly relocated.The same treatment was offered to the civilian population during the evacuation,however,only 70% of them got it on time.The rest died due to radiation poisoning.

As for the EMP blast itself,the most crucial equipment is shielded,so only non-essential buildings got blacked out.Military hardvare(battle bots,tanks,etc)is also saved due to its shielding.EMP attacks arent anything new in this world,so naturally,best military vehicles are shielded against it.

Sure.Although Im trying to keep dying to the minimum,the system is very heavily luck based,so doing that in advance is good course of action.

I still have my character, I don't want to start a new game. Just put the other new characters into this game. That way we don't have to come up with extra storylines and stuff.

I didn't get killed by the bomb, did I? Do I have to roll luck to survive?
